About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business, build client relationships, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in printing and packaging and a valuable understanding of packaging products.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business opportunities through various channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for suitable packaging solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups.
Manage the sales pipeline and convert qualified leads into orders.




Develop repeat business and identify upselling opportunities.
Maintain accurate client and sales records.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
Experience in the printing and packaging industry is must.
Good understanding of packaging products, especially boxes and related solutions.
Robust communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Good follow-up and relationship management abilities.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-driven.
Comfortable with client meetings and visits.
Working knowledge of Excel, email, and CRM tools.
