Job Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students regarding MBA, PGDM, Engineering, Management, and other higher education programs.
Generate leads through calls, follow-ups, referrals, and online inquiries.
Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable colleges and courses.
Build and maintain robust relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in the CRM.
Coordinate with admissions and counseling teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Stay updated on university admissions, eligibility criteria, scholarships, and industry trends.
Support the team in achieving individual and overall admission targets.

Required Skills




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
Passion for education, admissions, and career counseling.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Admission Counsellor: 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Admissions, Sales, Telecalling, or Education Counseling.
Team Leader: Relevant experience in admissions, sales, or team handling.
Admission Manager: Relevant experience in admissions, business development, sales, and team management.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply for the Admission Counsellor role.
