Job Responsibilities

Tendering & Bidding
Identify and evaluate relevant government, PSU, and private-sector tenders, bids, BOQs, and opportunities.
Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, and commercial terms.
Prepare and submit Technical and Commercial Bids through GeM and other e-tendering portals.
Handle pre-bid queries, tender clarifications, corrigenda, and amendments.
Coordinate with internal departments for collecting technical and commercial information required for bids.

Costing & Pricing
Prepare detailed cost sheets, BOQs, price bids, and estimates.
Analyze project costs, margins, GST, logistics, transportation, and other applicable expenses.
Assist in finalizing competitive pricing in coordination with management.
Prepare and maintain tender-wise costing and pricing records.

Tender Documentation
Handle EMD, PBG, OEM authorizations, experience certificates, and other tender-related documents.




Ensure timely submission of all required documents as per tender requirements.
Maintain records of submitted bids, tender status, corrigenda, and results.
Track tender deadlines and ensure timely submission.

Required Candidate Profile
2+ years of experience in Tendering / Bidding / Estimation, preferably in Infrastructure, EPC, Engineering, or Construction companies.
Hands-on experience with Government and PSU tenders.
Experience in GeM and other e-procurement portals.
Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, costing, pricing, GST, EMD, PBG, and OEM documentation.
Ability to understand tender documents and technical/commercial requirements.
Positive coordination, documentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
