Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000/month (Fixed) + Performance-Based Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who is confident, target-oriented, and excellent at communication. The candidate will be responsible for generating current business, building client relationships, and driving successful closures.

Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business opportunities and leads.
Reach out to potential clients through calls, messages,



emails, and networking.
Understand client requirements and present suitable services.
Schedule meetings, conduct follow-ups, and manage the sales pipeline.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Prepare proposals/quotations and coordinate with internal teams.
Negotiate with clients and drive successful deal closures.
Maintain lead sheets, CRM, and regular sales reports.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
Experience in sales/business development preferred.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good follow-up and client-handling skills.
Proficiency in English and Hindi.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
