Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Salary Package: ₹6.0 LPA – ₹7.2 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives

Key Requirements:- Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing Sales.
Robust communication, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
Proven ability to generate new business and consistently achieve sales targets.
Experience in team coordination and team management.
Ability to develop and execute business growth strategies.
Skilled in preparing professional presentations (PPTs) and delivering client presentations.
Experience in preparing commercial proposals and quotations.
Solid sales closing and deal negotiation abilities.
Excellent relationship management and follow-up skills.- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented skilled.
