Eternal Healthcare Inc. is looking for a dedicated, responsible, and versatile Billing & Dispatch Executive to manage billing, order processing, dispatch, and related documentation at our manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch documents.
Handle daily billing and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate dispatches with warehouse, production, transporters, and customers.
Verify product, quantity, batch, and packaging details before dispatch.
Track shipments and coordinate with logistics partners.
Maintain dispatch and billing records.
Coordinate with Accounts, Production, Warehouse, and Management.
Handle multiple operational responsibilities as required.

Requirements




Graduate with 1–4 years of experience in billing, dispatch, logistics, or manufacturing.
Basic knowledge of GST billing and invoicing.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Billing software/ERP knowledge will be an advantage.
Valuable communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Should be dedicated, hardworking, organized, and versatile.
Experience in FMCG, food, nutraceutical, or manufacturing is preferred.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
