Role & responsibilities
To develop Foreign Exchange business for the branch (Sales and Marketing)
Ensure that the branch's target for both top and bottom line are achieved.
To develop and add recent relationship for corporate and travel business.
To monitor, review and assess branch on profitability and qualitative analysis.
To conduct sales training programs and outdoor activities to build brand and size of volume.
To ensure that the branch is running as per regulatory compliances and monthly MIS reporting to Head Office.
To ensure debtor collections from the clients, co-ordination with CTO for TCCard settlement.
Cross selling / Leads for Insurance and Investments
Bank Purchase (Currency & TC)
Preferred candidate profile
5 to 10 years of experience in Forex, Banking, Fintech or Financial Services Industry
Minimum Qualification - Graduation
