Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Supervise day-to-day operations of the branch.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws.
Oversee project scheduling, materials procurement, and manpower planning.
Sales & Business Development:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed branch revenue targets.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, developers, and suppliers.
Monitor local market trends and identify business prospects.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
