Role Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Branch Manager to manage the overall sales, collections, and operations of the branch, with Gold Loans as the primary product.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Gold Loan sales and business growth.
Manage branch operations and daily activities.
Lead collections and maintain portfolio quality.
Manage and motivate the branch team.
Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
Drive customer acquisition and maintain solid customer relationships.
Achieve branch business and collection targets.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
