Job Overview

We are looking for an active and enthusiastic Biotechnology candidate interested in R&D;, testing, field installation, and customer interaction. The role involves both laboratory and on-site work, including travel to customer locations.

Key Responsibilities
Perform testing and laboratory activities as per SOPs.
Assist in R&D; activities and product/method development.
Conduct on-site installation, setup, testing, and demonstration of instruments.
Travel to customer locations for installation, testing, and technical support.
Coordinate with customers and understand their requirements and concerns.
Provide product demonstrations and basic operational training.
Maintain testing, installation, and service-related records.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer issues and product improvements.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of biotechnology and laboratory techniques.
Robust interest in R&D; and testing.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.




Willingness to travel for in office installations and customer visits.
Active, responsible, and quick to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Candidate
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
