Key Responsibilities
Handle calls with prospective property buyers.
Generate and qualify sales leads.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties/projects.
Explain project details, location and investment prospects.
Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Schedule and coordinate property/site visits.
Maintain leads and follow-ups in CRM.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers.
Work towards achieving sales and site-visit targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for successful conversions.
