We are urgently hiring a proactive and motivated Business Development Executive / Sales Telecaller to join our dynamic IT sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, and driving sales through effective telecalling and follow-ups. This role is key to expanding our client base and generating revenue for our IT services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our IT services and products.
Generate leads and maintain a pipeline of prospects through cold calling, emails, and online platforms.
Explain technical services in a simplified and compelling manner to decision-makers.
Schedule meetings, demos, and follow up with potential clients.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and business growth.
Maintain accurate records of all communications and update CRM software.
Handle customer queries and support initial onboarding when needed.

Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, telecalling, or business development (preferably in IT).
Robust verbal and written communication skills in English and local language(s).




Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them effectively.
Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus.
Self-motivated, organized, and a team player.
