Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Center Head to manage the overall operations, academic activities, student engagement, and business development of our Edappal center.

Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the center.
Lead and coordinate the academic and administrative teams.
Monitor student admissions, enquiries, and follow-ups.
Handle B2B and institutional partnerships.
Identify and develop relationships with colleges, companies, and other organizations.
Coordinate and support MOU signing and partnership activities.
Monitor faculty performance, class schedules, and student feedback.
Ensure smooth execution of academic programs and events.
Support marketing, outreach,



and admission activities.
Monitor center targets and prepare regular performance reports.
Handle student and parent concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain a positive and qualified workplace at the center.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant field.
2–4 years of experience in education, center management, sales, or business development.
Good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience in B2B and institutional relationship management is an advantage.
Ability to manage a team and achieve targets.
Immediate joiners preferred.
