Role Summary:

Senior role responsible for leading overall operations, sales targets, and marketing activities across all centres. Ensures business growth, team performance, and smooth day-to-day functioning.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end centre operations and ensure SOP compliance.
Lead sales teams, drive enrolments, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Plan and execute marketing activities (digital offline).
Monitor KPIs, prepare business reports, and support management decisions.
Handle team training, performance reviews, and process improvements.
Manage escalations, client satisfaction, and quality delivery.

Requirements:
3–6 years experience in operations, sales & marketing (EdTech preferred).
Strong leadership, communication,



and analytical skills.
Target-oriented, team-handling experience, and ability to multitask.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
