Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / Account Manager with a strong background in IT services and consultative selling. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, generating recent business opportunities, acquiring enterprise clients, and expanding existing customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Drive annual sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Prospect and generate qualified leads and business opportunities.
Acquire current clients and develop new business within the assigned market/city.
Expand existing accounts through cross-selling opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers.
Engage with enterprise-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
Work closely with OEM and distributor partners to develop and close business opportunities.




Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly sales reports.
Travel for customer meetings as required.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in IT services / consultative selling.
Proven experience in handling and achieving significant sales targets.
Solid lead generation and prospecting capabilities.
Experience in enterprise/B2B sales, client acquisition and account management.
Strong enterprise customer connections.
Good knowledge of cloud services, hybrid IT solutions and relevant industry trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Experience with sales and lead-generation tools will be an advantage.
Ability and willingness to travel for customer meetings.

Education
Technical Bachelor's degree preferred.
MBA is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate: Bengaluru-based candidates with relevant IT services/enterprise sales experience who can join within 0–30 days.
