Immediate Joiner | Full time | In-Person Role

MESADEN is in a build phase, and we are looking for someone who wants to get to work, learn quickly and prove what they can do.

This is a hands-on role working directly with the Founder across:
Business and operations
Research and analysis
Projects and execution
Client and internal work
Business development
AI and technology initiatives
Documentation, coordination and follow-ups
Whatever else the business needs to move forward

This is not a conventional 9–5 desk job and it is not a remote/hybrid position. You should be comfortable working in person wherever the work requires : office, client location, meetings, travel, etc. Work from home may occasionally be required depending on the business schedule. We are particularly open to people who are between jobs, restarting their careers, returning after a career break,

changing direction or simply looking for an opportunity to rebuild their skilled life.

We care about reliability, initiative, availability, willingness to learn and the ability to get things done.

Students may apply only if they can genuinely maintain the availability required by the business.

The arrangement
Immediate joining only
Full time commitment
Initial 2-month paid trial
Performance and fit assessed through actual work
Candidates who prove themselves will be considered for appropriate compensation and a longer-term 1-year engagement
If you are looking for a place to simply hold a job, this may not be for you. If you want to get busy, build yourself back up and prove your value, we want to hear from you.
