Role Overview The Center Manager is responsible for skill Development Projects the overall operations, performance, and growth of the center. This role ensures smooth day-to-day functioning, high customer satisfaction, team leadership, and achievement of business targets while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily center operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence
Manage and motivate staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery and issue resolution
Monitor center performance against KPIs, budgets, and revenue targets
Implement operational policies, procedures, and compliance standards
Handle admissions/sales processes and support business development initiatives
Maintain inventory, vendor coordination, and facility management
Prepare and submit operational, financial, and performance reports
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, partners, and head office

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
