Freelance BDM – IT Staffing
Handle end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
Priority: International clients, especially UAE.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and networking.
Target CTOs, CEOs, HR/Talent Acquisition Heads, and Engineering Leaders.
Promote Java developers and IT staffing/staff augmentation services.
Valuable understanding of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Full Stack development preferred.
Manage client communication, requirement gathering, follow-ups, negotiation, and closure.
Build and maintain a robust international client pipeline.
Experience in IT staffing/recruitment sales preferred.
Existing UAE/international client network will be an added advantage.
Performance-based commission/incentives based on successful closures.
