Role Description
The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for brand partners, managing ongoing relationships and ensuring campaigns are delivered on brief, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities include understanding client objectives, briefing internal teams, coordinating with creators and production, and overseeing end-to-end campaign execution across influencer marketing and creator-led IPs.
The role involves monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports, and recommending optimizations to enhance ROI and client satisfaction.
The Client Servicing/Account Manager will also support financial tracking for accounts, including budgets, invoices, and reconciliations, while contributing to new campaign ideas and long-term account growth.

Qualifications
Strong client services and customer service skills,



with the ability to manage multiple accounts and build long-term relationships.
Excellent communication skills, including explicit verbal and written communication and effective stakeholder management.
Focus on customer satisfaction, with a proven ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable campaign plans.
Basic to intermediate finance skills to handle budgets, cost estimates, invoicing, and account-level financial tracking.
Experience in influencer marketing, digital media, or advertising account management is highly preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
