CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (Expat)

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee daily operations, improve processes, manage team performance, and ensure effective service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure effective service delivery.
Develop and improve operational processes, systems, and protocols.
Monitor teams and ensure achievement of assigned KPIs and targets.
Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
Manage client-facing operational requirements and maintain robust client relationships.
Ensure compliance with company and operational protocols.
Manage and negotiate with vendors and service providers.
Monitor operational risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.




Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
Drive accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across teams.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Security Management, or a related field.
8–12 years' experience in operations management, preferably within the security industry.
Previous experience as a COO, Operations Director, Head of Operations, or similar senior leadership role.
Solid experience managing teams and performance against KPIs.
Proven experience in security services, security operations
