Position Summary

Our Client is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead the company's next phase of growth. The CEO will be responsible for driving business performance, overseeing end-to-end operations, delivering landmark developments, and building institutional processes that support long-term expansion.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall business operations
Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Oversee land acquisition, project evaluation, and development.
Lead construction, project execution, and delivery.
Drive sales, marketing, customer experience, and brand positioning.
Manage regulatory approvals and government liaison.
Build high-performing leadership teams and organizational capabilities.
Strengthen financial performance, governance, and operational excellence.
Implement scalable systems, technology, and digital transformation initiatives.




Drive expansion into current markets and development prospects.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree n Engineering, Architecture, Management, or a related field.

MBA is preferred.

1825 years of leadership experience in the real estate industry with a demonstrated track record of delivering large-scale developments.
