As a Client Servicing Executive, you won't just be answering calls; you will be managing professional relationships, ensuring service delivery excellence, and maintaining the long-term health of our client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
Lending Verification: Conduct qualified outreach to verify client-provided documents regarding existing or previous loans from other financial institutions.
Property & Lease Validation: Perform landlord verifications to confirm business premises, lease validity, and residency status.
Merchant Client Interfacing: Engage with the clients of our merchants to perform background checks and service-level audits.
Risk Identification: Scrutinize information for inconsistencies and report any potential "red flags" to the management team.





Relationship Management: Maintain a qualified, consultative tone during all voice interactions to uphold the companys brand image in the US market.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree.
Experience: 1 to 5 Years
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate complex financial concepts and build rapport with clients.
Relationship Management: A customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Prior experience in managing a client portfolio is advantageous.
Listening & Empathy: Superior active listening skills to grasp the nuances of US-based business culture and client needs
