collection Executive – Voice Process
We are looking for a Collection Executive to handle customer calls and follow up on pending payments.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in collection/voice process preferred.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Comfortable handling outbound calls.
Ability to achieve collection targets.
Customer-focused and skilled approach.
Pay: ₹34,000.00 per month
