Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop opportunities for conducting medical camps and health awareness camps in the assigned area.
Coordinate with societies, corporates, schools, communities, local organizations, and other institutions for camp arrangements.
Generate patient leads through medical camps, awareness activities, and local outreach programs.
Coordinate with doctors, clinical teams, and centre staff to ensure smooth execution of camps.
Handle complete pre-camp, camp-day, and post-camp activities.
Promote hospital/IVF services and create awareness about available treatments and services.
Maintain solid relationships with local contacts, organizations, doctors, and referral sources.
Ensure proper registration and collection of patient details/leads during camps and submit them to the concerned team.




Coordinate patient follow-ups with the counselling/reception team to improve conversion.
Achieve assigned camp, lead-generation, and patient-footfall targets.
Maintain daily records of camp activities, leads generated, follow-ups, and conversions.
Prepare and submit regular activity reports to the Team Leader / Business Development Head.
Conduct regular field visits to identify current areas and potential camp opportunities.
Support other business development and promotional activities as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
