Generate current leads and identify business opportunities in the interior fit-outs and joinery sector.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
Handle client enquiries, meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Monitor market trends and identify potential projects and clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business prospects.
Key Skills: Business development, client relationship management, negotiation, lead generation, and knowledge of the interior fit-out & joinery industry.
Location: Trivandrum
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 10 years in a similar role in Kerala
Qualification: BE – Civil Engineering / MBA
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
