Project Execution:
Oversee and manage on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project progress.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols on-site.
Technical Supervision:
Interpret and implement construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
Conduct quality checks to ensure adherence to standards and resolve any technical issues that arise in office.
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
Resource Management:
Plan and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, effectively. o Liaise with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Manage site inventory and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
Coordination and Communication:




Work closely with the Construction Manager to provide updates on project status, challenges, and milestones.
Communicate with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed.
Foster a cooperative and productive workplace among team members

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
