Key Responsibilities:
Review and validate PDA/FDA as per SOPs and client requirements.
Review Charter Party (CP) terms and identify applicable port costs.
Ensure accuracy of port costs from enquiry to final reconciliation.
Investigate DA discrepancies and identify root causes.
Coordinate with clients, port agents, and internal teams to resolve queries.
Monitor and report operational, customer, and agent KPIs.
Ensure timely and accurate DA processing and compliance with established procedures.
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of port operations and shipping terminology.
Knowledge of PDA/FDA and DA reconciliation.
Basic understanding of Charter Parties.
Valuable analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
