Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering projects
Robust knowledge and hands-on experience in:
Road construction and maintenance
Drainage systems
Boundary wall construction
Residential building construction
Ability to plan, supervise, and execute projects efficiently
Sound understanding of construction materials, site management, and quality control
Capable of coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
Enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to contributing to institutional growth

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage civil works from planning to completion
Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
Maintain quality and safety standards at site




Prepare reports, estimates, and technical documentation as required
