Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Civil Engineer to support our construction projects. The role involves site supervision, execution, quality monitoring, measurements, and coordination with the project team.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities.
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and schedule.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, suppliers, and site teams.
Monitor construction quality, materials, and workmanship.
Conduct site measurements and maintain project records.
Assist with quantity estimation and material planning.
Track project progress and report site updates.
Identify and communicate site issues to the senior team.
Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the site.




Requirements
0–1 year of experience in civil construction or site work.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Valuable understanding of basic construction practices.
Ability to read and understand drawings.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work at project sites and travel when required.
