Experience: 3–7 years in Civil Construction / Real Estate Projects
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
Monitor construction work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
Supervise activities such as RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
Allocate work to workers and contractors and monitor their performance.
Check quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
Take site measurements and maintain daily progress records.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, contractors, architects, and other project teams.
Monitor material usage and ensure minimum wastage.
Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and construction materials.
Maintain site safety, housekeeping,
and required safety practices.
Monitor project progress and report daily updates to management.
Ensure work is completed within the given timeline and quality standards.
Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of civil construction and site supervision.
Understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing work.
Good manpower and contractor handling skills.
Ability to check measurements and quality of work.
Robust problem-solving and coordination skills.
Knowledge of construction safety practices.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
