The Credit Processing Analyst will play a vital role in our CLM Domestic BFSI | Manpower - Back office department. They will be responsible for analyzing and processing credit applications, ensuring accurate and timely decisions. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
Review and analyze credit applications, assessing risk and making informed decisions.
Process credit applications efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to gather necessary information and make credit decisions.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for each credit application, ensuring data integrity.
Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
Identify and mitigate potential credit risks, implementing strategies to minimize losses.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit processing and risk management.




Assist in developing and implementing credit policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Conduct periodic reviews of credit processes to identify areas for improvement and optimize workflows.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit processing or a similar role.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make sound decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective customer interaction.
Proficiency in using credit analysis tools and software for productive processing.
Knowledge of credit regulations and compliance requirements is essential.
