We are looking for a Social Worker to supervise the day-to-day functioning of our centres and projects. The role involves coordinating with staff and beneficiaries, monitoring project activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring the effective implementation of programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor assigned centres and projects.
Coordinate and guide centre staff and project activities.
Monitor beneficiaries and their participation and progress.
Conduct regular centre visits and follow up on activities.
Maintain project records, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with NGOs, government departments, and other stakeholders.
Identify challenges and report project requirements to the management.
Ensure smooth and effective implementation of project activities.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
