Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.
Monitor customer feedback channels and address inquiries, complaints, and suggestions in a timely and skilled manner.
Conduct regular analysis of customer satisfaction metrics and recommend improvements to enhance overall service quality.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
