Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Counsellor – Sales to counsel prospective clients and drive sales for immigration services, including Visitor/Tourist Visas and Permanent Residency (PR) for major destinations such as Canada, Australia, UK and USA.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel clients regarding suitable immigration and visa options.
Handle leads through calls, messages and walk-ins and convert them into clients.
Explain eligibility, process, documentation, timelines and applicable fees.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a solid sales pipeline.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Build and maintain positive client relationships throughout the counselling process.
Coordinate with the relevant immigration/processing team for smooth case handling.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversions in the CRM/system.




Stay updated on immigration programs, visa categories and changing requirements.

Requirements -Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in immigration sales/counselling/overseas education sales preferred.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing, negotiation and client-handling abilities.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven setting.
Knowledge of Canada, Australia, UK or USA immigration/visitor visa processes will be an advantage.
