CRM Manager –
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 5+ Years
Industry: D2C / E-commerce / FMCG
Key Responsibilities:
Manage CRM strategy across Email, WhatsApp, SMS & other channels.
Drive customer retention, repeat purchases and engagement.
Plan and execute campaigns, offers and customer journeys.
Analyze customer data, segmentation, conversions and campaign performance.
Manage CRM tools and coordinate with Marketing, E-commerce & Creative teams.
Track key metrics like retention, LTV, conversion and ROI.
Requirements:
5+ years of relevant CRM experience, preferably in D2C/FMCG/E-commerce.
Solid understanding of customer lifecycle and retention marketing.
Valuable analytical, communication and campaign-management skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms.
Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
