Role Overview

Water Store Kerala is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to handle customer communication, follow-ups, sales coordination, and coordination with the HR team.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups.
Coordinate with customers regarding their requirements.
Coordinate with sales and service teams.
Coordinate with the HR team for relevant day-to-day activities.
Maintain customer information and daily records.
Update and manage data using MS Excel.
Support sales and customer relationship activities.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales.
Plus Two or Any Degree.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Valuable customer-handling ability.
Ability to coordinate with different teams and HR.

Work Location: Palarivattom, Ernakulam, Kerala Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
