We are looking for a CS / Sales Executive to handle customer communication, follow-ups, coordination, and day-to-day sales support activities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and follow up with customers.
Coordinate with customers, transporters, and internal teams.
Prepare and share quotations and rates.
Follow up on leads and business requirements.
Coordinate for vehicle requirements and shipment details.
Maintain customer records and update reports.
Support the team in daily sales and customer service activities.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers.
Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good computer skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Valuable coordination and follow-up skills.
Candidates with transportation/logistics experience will be preferred.
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
