Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of BPO experience is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Chat Process is mandatory.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Experience handling international customers through chat.
Good customer handling, problem-solving, and escalation management skills.
Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through international chat support.
Resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently.
Maintain quality and productivity targets.
Handle escalations and provide appropriate resolutions.
Follow process guidelines and maintain excellent customer experience.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
