Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and showroom visits.
Follow up on leads, test drives, bookings and vehicle deliveries.
Make service reminders and post-service follow-up calls.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/DMS regularly.
Coordinate with Sales and Service teams to address customer requirements.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Collect customer feedback and support improvement of CSI/customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily follow-up and customer interaction reports.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
