Customer Support Associate –
Role OverviewWe are hiring Customer Support Associates to join our team in Gurugram. The role involves assisting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through voice/chat/email as per process requirements.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
Maintain skilled communication and customer service standards.
Record customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Eligibility
Graduation is mandatory.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
Candidates should be willing to work 6 days a week
