Customer Support Executive – Kannada Language

Location: Gandhipuram, Coimbatore

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Weekly Holiday: Sunday

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries professionally.
Communicate with Kannada-speaking customers and understand their requirements.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and related queries.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and requirements.
Record customer details, enquiries, and follow-up status accurately.
Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams whenever required.
Resolve basic customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
Maintain daily customer call and follow-up reports.
Ensure timely follow-up with customers.




Maintain a qualified and positive relationship with customers.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly customer support and follow-up targets.

Required Skills
Fluent Kannada communication is mandatory.
Positive verbal communication skills.
Basic Tamil or English communication will be an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
