About the Role

Ambraee Enterprises is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused CRM Executive to join our team in Jaipur. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless and delightful customer experience. Both freshers with a strong eagerness to learn and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Handle customer complaints and concerns with a strong problem-solving mindset, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
Maintain accurate customer interaction records, update databases, and manage daily CRM reports.
Build positive, long-lasting relationships with customers by providing accurate information and dependable support.




Coordinate effectively with internal teams to rapid-track issue resolution and escalate complex cases when necessary.

Key Requirements & Skills
Language Proficiency: Good command of written and spoken English.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact confidently with clients.
Typing Skills: Positive typing speed with high accuracy for maintaining prompt logs and records.
Technical Aptitude: Positive foundational computer knowledge (proficiency in MS Office, email management)
Interpersonal Strength: Strong customer-handling abilities and a patient, empathetic approach.
Mindset: Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging customer situations calmly.
