Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative ( Blended process - 90% Voice & 10% Non Voice) supporting a prestigious US Law Firm.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based insurance companies, healthcare providers and other stakeholders.
Communicate professionally through phone and email to confirm legal representation and obtain required claim-related information.
Coordinate with insurance providers to set up claims and follow up on claim status.
Request, track and follow up for medical records from healthcare providers and insurance companies.
Accurately enter and update client, claim and case details in internal databases.
Manage documentation, filing and other back-office/non-voice process activities.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, productivity, quality and turnaround time.
Take on additional process responsibilities based on business requirements.

What We’re Looking For
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills – Mandatory.
Robust interpersonal skills and confidence in handling international/US calls.
Positive listening, comprehension and questioning skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Professional and proactive approach while interacting with clients, insurers and healthcare providers.




Comfortable working onsite in night shifts aligned with US business hours.
Self-motivated, hardworking and focused on productivity and quality.
Prior experience in International Voice, US Insurance, Healthcare, Claims or Back-Office processes will be an added advantage.
