Customer Service Representative (Voice & Non-Voice)

Job Type: Full time | Locations: Gurugram, Haryana / Noida, Uttar Pradesh

About the Role

We're hiring Customer Service Representatives for both voice and non-voice international accounts. Voice representatives handle live calls for a healthcare account , while non-voice representatives manage chat/email-based support. In either track, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, resolving queries with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer interactions via phone (voice) or chat/email (non-voice)
Provide accurate, timely resolutions to customer queries on first contact where possible
Maintain quality and compliance standards on every interaction
Log interactions and updates accurately in the CRM system

Qualifications and requirements:
At least six (6) months of experience in international voice and/or non-voice processes for the Customer Service Representative roles in Noida and Gurugram




Fresh graduates with excellent communications skills are also eligible to apply
College graduates, preferably with degree in computer applications (bachelors or masters), business administration, commerce, arts or science
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Amenable to working rotating shifts starting September 2026
Candidates must bring a copy of resume and a valid government ID
