Shift: Rotational Shift

Location: Chennai, Taramani

Key Responsibilities
Analyze and annotate chemistry-related images, technical diagrams, and laboratory datasets with high accuracy.
Review, classify, and validate chemical, material science, and microscopy data according to defined quality standards.
Generate daily performance and quality reports and share findings with stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve data quality and process-related issues.
Investigate and troubleshoot annotation discrepancies and manage incidents within defined SLAs.
Follow SOPs, quality procedures, and documentation standards to ensure consistent project delivery.




Perform basic image processing and labeling activities involving scientific and microscopy images.

Required Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Understanding of chemical structures, laboratory techniques, and scientific data interpretation.
Familiarity with microscopy concepts such as SEM/TEM images is preferred.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in data annotation, image labeling, quality review, or scientific data analysis is an advantage.
Valuable communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of SOP adherence, incident management, and quality processes.
