Key Responsibilities of Data Entry Operator (DEO)

System & Data Management
Enter inbound, outbound, and inventory data into WMS/ERP.
Generate shipment-related documents.
Create ASN, GRN, STO, and Dispatch documentation.
Update inventory transactions on a real-time basis.

MIS Reporting
Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
Share inventory, dispatch, and productivity reports.
Generate customer-specific reports.

Experience
6 Months to 4 years in Warehousing / Logistics / 3PL

Skills Required
MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
WMS / SAP / ERP Knowledge
