About the Role'

Quality Assurance Engineer - Healthcare Interoperability.

'Responsibilities'
Validate FHIR-based APIs and workflows for compliance with FHIR R4 and implementation guides.
Design and execute interoperability test scenarios and test cases across payer–provider systems.
Perform end-to-end testing of prior authorization and utilization management workflows.
Validate data quality, terminology bindings, and profile conformance.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams within a US healthcare payer workplace.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and improve first-pass success rates.
Design and develop all QA artifacts.

'Required Skills'
Robust knowledge of FHIR standard (R4), REST APIs, and healthcare interoperability (mandatory).
Experience with Utilization Management / Prior Authorization workflows/EDI X12 278 (highly desirable).
Familiarity with US healthcare payer systems (highly desirable).
Expertise in API testing and tools such as Postman, SOAP UI, etc. (preferred).
