We are looking for a Customer Success Executive who will help customers get the maximum value from our platform. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, supporting onboarding and product adoption, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the customer journey from onboarding to regular product usage.
Build strong customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
Understand customer requirements and help them make better use of the platform.
Identify customer issues, take ownership, and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
Collect customer feedback and share actionable inputs with the Product team.
Proactively engage with customers and introduce relevant features or solutions.
Track customer conversations, follow-ups,
and action items to ensure timely closure.
Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in any discipline.
Experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Client Servicing, Account Management, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Valuable coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to understand customer needs and coordinate with internal teams.
Comfortable working in a quick-paced startup workplace.
Prior experience in SaaS, AI, Technology, or MarTech will be an added advantage.
