Customer Service Executive - Two Wheeler Loans - Ranchi - Satya Ganga Arcade - CSE* Perform the following under the guidance/direction of Supervisor/Manager • With help of Supervisor/ Manager, Identify the customers for protentional Business • Collect the documents from Customers and validate as per the organization norms • Logging the case in the system as per SOP and follow the process for disbursement.
Fulfil - the Sanction ratio as per organisation requirement • Meeting the Customer requirements & cross- sell multiple products, under the guidance of Supervisor/ Manager.
