Responsibilities
Ensure protected working in the assigned area during the entire shift.
Implementation of CAPA in turbine area Pumps, Piping, Valves.
To works as per JSA.
Execute creative plant maintenance standards required to remain competitive.
Provide input to long term maintenance plans based on predictive & preventive maintenance principles.
Provide budget inputs and control cost to maintain yearly budgets
Interface with other departments in supporting plant PLF, Heat Rate, and other significant goals.
Support to maintain optimum inventory level while keeping balance between inventory value and availability of critical spares.
Ensure continual improvement in equipment and system performance.
Get work done through service provider.
Maintain necessary document for the job.
Quality parameter’s to be achieved through best maintenance practices.
